I lead engaging and fun group classes for mature adults at senior communities. I also offer personal and friendly tech help and private learning sessions. I can help you learn how to use and set up your devices, including your TV, and try to fix anything that may be giving you trouble, all in the comfort of your own home or community center.
Whether it's a private session at home or a group class at your community, sessions are warm, patient, and built around you. Use your own devices, ask any question, and never be made to feel behind. No question is too small.
Most learners leave their first session more confident than they've felt about technology in years.

I come to your community and teach right there. No transportation to arrange and nothing for residents to carry. Just show up and learn.
Classes are separated by device type, iPhone/Android and Mac/Windows, so residents only learn alongside people using the same kind of device.
Small enough to stay hands-on and personal. I also bring in volunteers to lend a hand whenever possible.
Personal, hands-on help at your home. Whether something's not working or you just want to learn, I bring patient, expert help right to you. No hauling devices anywhere, no confusing phone support. I set it up, try to fix it, and show you how.
Focused entirely on what you want to learn, on your own devices, with no rushing and no judgment. Want to video-call the grandkids, take better photos, or master one specific app? Tell me your goal and we'll work on exactly that, together.
Prefer to learn with a spouse, friend, or your neighbors? I teach small groups of up to 3 in your home or community setting, with the same personal touch as a one-on-one session.
Setting up and connecting your TV, streaming devices, and apps, like Google TV, Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, cable providers, and more. Signing in, organizing and adding apps and channels, learning your remote, and troubleshooting any issues.
Getting your home WiFi working the way it should, connecting devices, fixing dropouts and dead spots, and making sense of your router and internet setup.
Just got a new phone, tablet, or computer? I'll set it up and make sure everything works. I can also help you move your photos, contacts, and apps over from your previous device. I can also bring and install phone screen protectors.
Printers, smart watches, hearing-aid connections, cameras, and other gadgets, connected, updated, and working together.
Locked out, forgotten passwords, or an inbox that's out of control? I'll help you recover access, get organized, and keep your accounts secure.
Not sure what's wrong? That's fine. Show me the problem and I'll try to find the issue and fix it, then explain what's happening in plain language.
These are some of the main topics covered, in private sessions or in group classes. Every one is hands-on, judgment-free, and tailored to meet learners where they are.

I truly believe anyone can learn new things and advance their skills, as long as they're given the opportunity. My strengths and passion lie in building relationships, encouraging and empowering learners, and helping people achieve their goals.
Connecting with and helping a generation who helped pave the way for so many is my main priority. That said, I also offer free tech help and classes to communities and individuals that may need it, on topics like fraud and personal safety, photography, and more. Everyone should get the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect, and I hope I can continue to reach as many people as possible throughout Northern Colorado. If you’re interested in helping your community, or know someone who could use some extra assistance with their tech, please reach out and we can discuss how I may be able to help.
Will does a fabulous job of explaining the ins and outs of a smartphone. We are literally walking around with a high powered computer that does so much more than make phone calls. If you want to catch up to your grandkids, let Will show you how.
I was having trouble seeing my phone screen, but I remembered what Will taught us about brightness and I was able to find it and adjust it all on my own. Thanks Will!
Keeping you or your loved one’s information safe
I understand the importance of personal privacy, and your info will never be shared. Working with, setting up, and troubleshooting devices sometimes calls for access to an account or some personal details. When it does, I only ask for what’s truly necessary. I also ask that clients only share sensitive information or data when it’s genuinely needed.

Technology can be wonderfully helpful in our everyday lives when it’s working. I do my best to make sure everything goes as planned, but technology can also be unpredictable and frustrating at times. My main goal for every class and every session is for participants to walk away feeling like they’ve truly gained something, whether it’s more confidence, a working device, or how to do something really cool and useful. If at any time you feel like this isn’t the case, please let me know and we’ll work together to make it right.
I don’t accept pre-payment for private sessions or participant-pay group classes, and I don’t charge cancellation or no-show fees. I do ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you can’t make a scheduled session, and I will always give you the same courtesy if I ever have to cancel or change a session.
Send a message to learn more about sessions, scheduling, and pricing.
I'd be happy to talk through what would work best for you, your family member, or your community.
